Authentic reproduction of the original 1946 San Francisco Seals ballcap. Hand-sewn from genuine wool baseball cloth. This cap is built to last a lifetime.
San Francisco started the post-war era strong, with manager Lefty O'Doul topping Casey Stengel's rival Oaks for the pennant by four games, and also defeating their cross-bay rivals in the post-season playoffs. Ferris Fain led the PCL in runs scored and RBI. The Seals also led the league in attendance, with 670,000 of the faithful going through the turnstiles in '46.
